Work Request Form

Here is a link to an EET Work Request Form. This is a pilot, and we're asking that everyone use this form to document the work requests that are coming into EET. We're trying to funnel all requests to one place so we can work together to decide if and when we could support it, along with who would be involved. We're seeing an increase in requests from instructors and programs and anticipate that these requests will continue and probably increase in frequency.

This form should be used for "project" type requests, and not for day-to-day small requests.

We will be discussing the new requests each week at the production meeting. Let's try it for a while and see what happens!
