Staffing update - June 20, 2011

We continue to see staff transitioning out and new staff coming in.

• Our new curriculum consultant, Nancy Russell, starts on August 15.
  
• We're also in the process right now of hiring two FT instructional designers (replacements for Jackie and for Chris A). We had strong applicants for these two positions and HR is conducting reference checks now. We anticipate decisions will be made this coming week, and we'll have new ID's in place for mid-August.
• The DL / Online Learning Coordinator position is still in limbo. We had unanticipated news last week related to budget for this position and we'll know more this week. The position is ready to be advertised, if approved.
  

In preparation for these new people starting in August we are updating our EET Orientation manual. You will be asked for input on this document when a more complete draft is ready for review.
