I'm part of a new working group around revenue generating ideas. This group's main purpose is to vet ideas that come forward, and then help move these ideas forward. This might mean finding people who can make it happen and / or helping to figure out how to move it through our sometimes complex (and frustrating) processes.
We've had some interesting conversations about such things as the difference between revenue generating and cost saving initiatives.
